Tammy Polk is an experienced HR executive currently serving as SVP of People Operations at Teton Ridge since November 2024. Previously, Tammy held roles including Chief Human Resources Officer at Formstack and Chief People Officer at Four Winds Interactive. For over a decade, Tammy has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development and transformation, overseeing global HR operations and managing talent acquisition and development initiatives across various organizations, including Upserve and ACTIVE Network. Tammy's early career includes significant roles at EZLynx, IronPlanet, Fellowship Technologies, and Paragon Global Relocation, where achievements include implementing strategic HR plans, reducing hiring times, and enhancing employee engagement. Tammy holds a BS in Resource Management from Iowa State University.
