Bernhard Walther

Bernhard Walther is a highly experienced professional in the field of process engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer and Capex Project Manager at Tetra Pak since January 2021. With a strong background in managing complex and strategic CAPEX projects at Nestlé from January 2008 to September 2020, Bernhard has demonstrated expertise in budget management and team leadership. Previous roles include Operations Maintenance Manager at Nestlé and Process Engineer and Assistant Plant Manager at Borregaard, where significant output improvements were achieved. Bernhard also contributed to research at SIK - The Swedish Institute for Food and Biotechnology, focusing on food emulsion technology, and holds an M.Sc. in Food Science from ETH Zürich and a PhD in Applied Surface Chemistry from Chalmers University of Technology.
