Eija Hietavuo

Eija Hietavuo is the Group Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Tetra Pak, responsible for global sustainability strategy and public affairs across a EUR 11+ billion business in over 160 countries. Previously, Eija served as SVP of Sustainability at Stora Enso, overseeing sustainability and regulatory affairs for one of the largest fiber-based packaging businesses. Eija has held several leadership roles, including Board Member at Kiilto Family, Chairman of the CEPI Environmental and Safety Committee, and Deputy Head of the UNICEF Global CSR unit, where strategic partnerships were developed across various industries. Eija's educational background includes a post-graduate degree in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Economics from Aalto University, and corporate governance training.
