Johan Lantz

Johan Lantz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production and manufacturing management. Currently serving as Director of the Production Centre and Vice President of the Board at Tetra Pak in Olsztyn, Poland, Johan has previously held the positions of Global Head and Global Manager of World Class Manufacturing at Tetra Pak HQ in Lund, Sweden. Prior to Tetra Pak, Johan worked at Nestlé in Helsingborg, Sweden, as Production Manager and SHE&T Manager in Zoegas Coffee, where a focus on lean manufacturing principles was established. Earlier career experiences include roles at NSG Pilkington, where Johan advanced from Machine Operator to Engineering and Maintenance Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Probana Business School, a fire safety management certification from the Swedish Fire Protection Agency, and a Certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
