Sharad Sharma

Sharad Sharma is the Director and Head of Legal Affairs at Tetra Pak, overseeing legal matters across India and South Asia since October 2017. In this role, Sharad serves as the chief legal advisor, collaborating with business teams to support growth initiatives, compliance, and strategic projects. Prior to Tetra Pak, Sharad served as Regional General Counsel at Honeywell, managing legal affairs for the Performance Materials and Technologies division across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Earlier experience includes roles at Brightpoint India, Samsung Electronics, and Singhania & Partners LLP, where Sharad developed expertise in corporate and commercial law. Sharad holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Master's degree in Corporate Laws, among other qualifications.
