Brendan O’Rourke

SVP, Enterprise Risk Management at Tetra Tech

Brendan O’Rourke is currently the SVP of Enterprise Risk Management at Tetra Tech. Brendan has over 10 years of experience working in risk management and has a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.

O’Rourke began their career as an attorney at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in 2006. Brendan then transitioned to AIG in 2007, where they managed a high severity professional liability claims unit consisting of attorneys and insurance professionals. Brendan was responsible for overseeing complex matters, creating and implementing litigation / resolution strategy, meeting with high level management, drafting and interpreting policies, and leading quarterly meetings, roundtables, advisory board meetings, broker meetings, renewal meetings and new client presentations.

In their current role at Tetra Tech, O’Rourke is responsible for leading the enterprise risk management function and overseeing all risk management activities for the company. Brendan works with all levels of the organization to identify, assess, and manage risks across the enterprise. Brendan also develops and implements risk management strategies and programs to mitigate exposure to loss.

Brendan O'Rourke has a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in Brendan'story from Worcester State University.

Their manager is Dan L. Batrack, Chairman, CEO & President. They are on a team with Keith Brown - President, Global Development Services Division, Bernard Teufele - President, Canada & South America Division, and Preston Hopson - SVP, General Counsel & Secretary.
