Dustin Mencel

Dustin Mencel is an experienced environmental professional with a background in project management and environmental science. Currently serving as an Environmental Project Manager at Tetra Tech since November 2024, Mencel previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Nova Group, GBC from March 2022 to November 2024. Prior experience includes working at Tetra Tech EM Inc. as an Environmental Scientist/Project Manager from April 2012 to December 2021. Mencel holds a degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth, obtained between 2007 and 2011, and also completed education at Western Colorado University and Minnetonka High School, where a diploma was earned in 2002.
