Elise Jione

Elise Jione is currently the Head of People, Culture and Performance and Deputy Head of Operations at Tetra Tech, having started in January 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at the University of the Sunshine Coast from September 2015 to December 2022, including Company Secretary for Thompson Institute Pty Ltd, General Manager of the Thompson Institute, and Council Member overseeing strategic management. Additional positions held include Program Manager and Accountant at Thompson Institute, Grants Officer at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute, Finance Development Officer with Australian Red Cross, and Accountant at Roger Ng & Co. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Health Sector Leadership from the University of the Sunshine Coast, alongside degrees in Business Management and Commerce from The University of Queensland, and recognition as a Certified Practising Accountant by CPA Australia.
