Jeff van Etten

Jeff Van Etten serves as the Director and Head of GIS at Tetra Tech since January 2023, overseeing a team of GIS consultants on diverse projects across various sectors, including Defence, Nuclear, and Healthcare. Previously, Jeff held the position of Head of GIS and Associate Director at Tetra Tech Europe from August 2017 to December 2022, where notable achievements included creating GIS strategies and establishing Silver Partnerships with ESRI UK. Jeff's extensive experience in GIS spans roles such as Associate Director at Terence O'Rourke Ltd, GIS Manager at both Borough of Poole and Mid Beds District Council, and Senior GIS Analyst at Transport for London. With an academic foundation in GIS and Landscape Architecture from Purdue University and Leeds Beckett University, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in implementing advanced GIS systems and strategies throughout his career.
