Kevin W Bean

Kevin W Bean is a seasoned systems engineer currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Tetra Tech since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin contributed to The MITRE Corporation as a Navigation System Engineer and Lead from July 2002 to January 2023, where responsibilities included providing technical and analytical support for the Federal Aviation Administration's Wide Area Augmentation System and leading efforts related to the FAA WAAS Geostationary Communication and Control Segment. Kevin's earlier experience includes serving as a Navigation Systems Engineer at ITT Industries - Advanced Engineering and Sciences from May 1995 to July 2002, where involvement included developing systems specifications and test plans for significant projects such as Italy’s Mediterranean Test Bed and the Low Power Transceiver for NASA. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from Virginia Tech.
