Khalil Gharwal

Khalil Gharwal is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Tetra Tech EC, Inc. since August 2016, Khalil previously held the position of Operations Manager at RELYANT, LLC from June 2010 to July 2016. Khalil earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Kabul Polytechnic University between 1990 and 1993, and has furthered education at Kaplan University.
