Laura Harwig currently serves as Chief of Party for the USAID Climate Adaptation Support Activity (CASA) at Tetra Tech, focusing on effective adaptation mainstreaming and implementation of climate strategies. Previously, Laura was a Deputy Chief of Party and an independent consultant specializing in market systems development and private sector engagement. Laura's extensive background at Fintrac Inc includes roles as Chief of Party/Program Director for the Feed the Future Partnering for Innovation program, as well as Vice President overseeing global agricultural programs. Early career experiences include positions at The Global Leadership Foundation, Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children, Futures Group International, Kenya Women Microfinance Bank, and the U.S. Department of State. Academic credentials include a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from William & Mary and additional studies at the School for International Training.
