Leroy Leonard

Leroy Leonard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental science and project management. Currently serving as Senior Project Director at Tetra Tech since October 2022, Leroy previously held the role of Senior Scientist at Geosyntec Consultants for 14 years. Additional positions include Division Manager at Building Diagnostics & Property Science, Project Manager at S&ME, Inc., and GIS Project Manager/Environmental Scientist at Shaw Environmental, Inc. Leroy holds a Master of Science in Biosystems Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Environment and Natural Resources, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
