Sandra Hubbell

Sandra Hubbell is an experienced project administrator and former director with a strong background in business development and program management. Currently serving as Project Administrator for the Asset Management Program at Tetra Tech since June 2021, Sandra oversees proposal management for the Asset Management & Master Planning team. Prior to this role, Sandra spent seven years at the Girl Scouts of the Southern Appalachians, where responsibilities included leading product programs that significantly contributed to the council's revenue and enhancing business processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Symplicity Corporation, the University of Tennessee, and freelance writing for resume services and travel itineraries. Sandra holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
