Vincent M. Holloway

Vincent M. Holloway serves as Vice President of the Federal IT Division at Tetra Tech since November 2019, focusing on strategic investment, business growth, and capability development. Prior to this, Holloway was a Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2005 to October 2019, where engaged as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for clients including US Strategic Command and various US Army organizations. Holloway also held the position of Assistant Inspector General for Investigations at the Defense Information Systems Agency from 2000 to 2005, directing over 500 investigations and overseeing the agency's largest criminal case related to fraudulent government contracts. Previously, Holloway dedicated over 20 years to the US Army, serving in various roles from Systems Engineer to Commanding Officer in both tactical and technical assignments globally. Holloway holds advanced degrees in law and business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
