Aamir Sarwar

Aamir Sarwar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Aamir is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Tetra since 2022. Prior to this role, they co-founded a company called Function in 2020 which aimed to help individuals find a new path out of persistent pain. Before Function, Aamir worked as an independent advisor starting from 2019.

From 2015 to 2019, Aamir worked at Managed by Q, where they held two roles. Initially, they served as the Director of Operations, responsible for building processes, org structure, and internal software tooling, as well as expanding operations to new cities. Later, they became the VP/GM of Services, handling full P&L ownership of the office cleaning and maintenance business unit. During their tenure, the business unit experienced significant growth in revenue, customer retention, and profitability.

From 2010 to 2014, Aamir worked as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman's TMT division. Aamir solved operational and strategic problems for clients, focusing on areas like customer acquisition, retention, long-term planning, process redesign, and pricing. Aamir successfully improved revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction for clients by analyzing performance data, setting strategic priorities, and leading consultant teams.

Aamir started their career as an Analyst at Abraaj Capital in 2008 and Merrill Lynch in 2007, where they gained initial experience in financial services and wealth management, respectively.

Aamir Sarwar obtained a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, where they studied Economics and Political Science from 2005 to 2009.
