Frank Kolakowski

Frank Kolakowski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Frank has worked as a Senior Scientist at Tetracore Inc since 2010. In 2014, they joined the FSH Muscular Dystrophy Society as a Member of the Board of Directors and Scientific Advisory Board. Frank also worked as a Principal at Gryphon Scientific, LLC in 2008. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Associate and later an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, leading the life sciences group of science and technology consultants. Frank founded and served as the CEO of ReceptorBase, Inc. from 2001 to 2004. Frank began their career as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology and Biochemistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1995. Frank has also worked as an Instructor at Children's Hospital (Boston) and Harvard Medical School, and as a Research Fellow in Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital & Harvard Medical School. Frank started their professional career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at MIT in 1989.

Frank Kolakowski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology from Towson University, where they attended from 1980 to 1983. Frank then pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from 1983 to 1989.
