Joy Ghosh

Joy Ghosh is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in life sciences and healthcare. Currently serving as Sr. Portfolio Manager and Head of Life Sciences at Tetragon Financial Group Limited since October 2024, Joy previously held the position of Managing Director at Abingworth from 2022 to October 2024. Joy has also contributed to various organizations as a board member or board observer, including Arch Oncology, Korro Bio, Inc., and Biosplice Therapeutics. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Structural Biology and Neuroscience from the University of Washington and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the UW Foster School of Business, Joy has managed considerable portfolios, demonstrating expertise in value-based and innovation-focused investments with an AUM exceeding $1.5 billion.
