Wenbo Yin

Wenbo Yin has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of IC design, hardware engineering, research, and technical assistance.

Wenbo currently holds the position of Vice President, IC Design at TetraMem - Accelerate The World, where they began in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director, IC Design from January 2021 to January 2023, and as a Program Manager, IC Design from April 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining TetraMem, Wenbo worked at Samsung Electronics as a Staff Engineer from November 2017 to April 2019.

Wenbo also gained valuable experience at Oracle as a Senior Hardware Engineer, where they were involved in various tasks such as SRAM design, testing automation development, custom circuit design, SRAM cell-based timing characterization, and SRAM Compiler development. Wenbo worked at Oracle from September 2014 to October 2017.

Wenbo started their career as a Research Student at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in June 2012, and later took on an internship role as an Analog R&D Intern at Synopsys from May 2011 to May 2012.

Additionally, they worked as a Far-IR Beamline Technical Assistant at Canadian Light Source Inc. from May 2010 to September 2010.

Wenbo Yin completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Engineering Science, with a focus on Electrical and Computer Engineering, from the University of Toronto in 2013. Wenbo then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cornell University, which they completed in 2014.
