Cheng Han

Cheng Han, MS, MBA, has had a diverse and accomplished career. Cheng has held leadership positions in various companies, including TetraScience, where they currently serve as Vice President of Applied AI and Data Science. In this role, Cheng is dedicated to empowering biopharma customers and partners with AI and predictive analytics to enhance drug research and development, manufacturing, and quality control.

Before joining TetraScience, Cheng worked as Vice President of Customer Success and Global Services for the company. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Product Management at TetraScience. Cheng also has experience in the investment field, having worked as an investor for MIT Alumni Angels of Boston.

Additionally, Cheng co-founded a startup called WiSelect Analytics, where they served as the Head of Product and Data Science. There, they led a team focused on AI-driven early cancer detection. However, the startup faced funding challenges and ultimately closed before completing clinical trials.

Earlier in their career, Cheng held leadership positions at Eagle Investment Management, PeopleFluent (acquired by LTG Group), Copyright Clearance Center, and China-pub.com/DynoMedia Inc. (acquired by CMP/HZ Capital). In these roles, they developed and launched innovative products, transformed portfolio analytics, and played a key role in strategic initiatives.

Cheng began their career at Amazon.com, where they worked as a Product Manager Intern in the Transactional Risk Management department. Cheng optimized marketplace landing pages and the seller's rating system, reducing disputes and bad debts. Cheng also developed predictive models for identifying transaction risks and led UX optimization strategies.

Cheng's early experience includes an internship at GSR Ventures and a role as a Team Lead/Principal Software Developer at Oracle Corp.

Throughout their career, Cheng has demonstrated expertise in AI, data science, product management, and investment strategies. Cheng holds an MS and MBA degree, which have contributed to their success in these areas.

Cheng Han holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from MIT Sloan School of Management. Cheng also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.

In addition, Cheng Han has obtained various certifications, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation, AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical), and Proficientz Product Management from Proficientz, Inc.
