Bryan K.S. Yeung has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Chemistry at Axcynsis Therapeutics, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Arum Therapeutics, Inc. from November 2021 to November 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Bryan served as the Senior Director of Strategy at RIGHT FUND, Research Investment for Global Health Technology Fund Foundation. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans.

Before joining RIGHT FUND, Bryan worked as the APAC Scientific Manager at Perspectum Diagnostics Ltd from March 2018 to August 2018.

Bryan's career started at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) in 2007, where they held various roles. Bryan K.S. served as an Associate Director of the Malaria Program from January 2012 to July 2017, leading a team in the development of antimalarial drugs. Before that, they were a Research Investigator II from February 2007 to January 2012, where they led an international team of scientists in the preclinical development of antimalarials.

Prior to NIBR, Bryan worked as a Research Scientist II at Exelixis from June 2003 to February 2007. Bryan K.S. started their career as a Research Associate at The Scripps Research Institute from January 2001 to January 2003.

Throughout their career, Bryan has demonstrated expertise in drug discovery, strategy development, and project management. Bryan K.S. has also been actively involved in building partnerships and collaborations with external research labs and academic groups.

Bryan K.S. Yeung's education history begins in 1987 when they enrolled at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Bryan K.S. pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and completed their studies in 1992.

After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Bryan continued their academic journey and joined the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1994. Here, they pursued a Ph.D in Chemistry and successfully completed the program in 2001.

Following their Ph.D, Bryan took part in a postdoctoral research opportunity at the Scripps Research Institute. From 2001 to 2003, they focused on Organic Chemistry during their time as a postdoctoral fellow.
