Bhumika Trivedi

Bhumika Trivedi serves as the Director of Country HR for the R&D division at Teva Pharmaceuticals since August 2021, focusing on leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management within a team of over 1100 employees dedicated to developing generic, biosimilar, and innovative medicines. Prior to Teva, Bhumika held several HR leadership positions at GSK, including Associate Director and HR Business Leader, emphasizing HR strategies and employee engagement. Additional experience includes roles at Broadridge, Biological E Limited, Tata Projects, and the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board. Bhumika completed an MBA in Human Resource Management from IBS Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University.
