Frank J. Mazzola

Frank J. Mazzola, CMI, has extensive experience in taxation and auditing, currently serving as the Head of Indirect Tax - Americas at Teva Pharmaceuticals since July 2017. Previously, Frank held positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb from July 2012 to July 2017, including Associate Director of Taxation and Manager of Sales & Use Tax Audits and Compliance. Earlier roles included a Revenue Auditor at the Washington State Department of Revenue (June 1999 - July 2012) and an Accounting Specialist at The Prudential Insurance Company of America (January 1998 - July 1999). Frank began an auditing career at the New York State Insurance Fund from September 1994 to January 1998. Academic qualifications include a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Rutgers Business School and a Graduate Certificate in State and Local Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and two associate degrees from the City University of New York, CSI.
