Melinda Mikula

Melinda Mikula is an experienced professional in digital transformation and organizational excellence, currently serving as the Associate Director of Digital Transformation and Organization Excellence and IT at Teva Pharmaceuticals since October 2020. Melinda has a background in sales force effectiveness for both prescription and over-the-counter products, along with expertise in coordinating and implementing digital tools such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Prior to Teva, Melinda held the role of Associate Director at IQVIA, where responsibilities included the sales and implementation of Salesforce-based CRM systems and business intelligence tools across Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at IMS Health, Noguchi Porter Novelli, and Szinapszis Ltd., where Melinda began the professional journey as an intern. Melinda holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Corvinus University of Budapest.
