Simon Weyrer

Simon Weyrer is an experienced leader in operations and environmental health and safety, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations for Steriles, OSD, and EH&S at Teva Pharmaceuticals since October 2020. Prior to Teva, Simon held various senior roles at Borealis from 2003 to 2020, including Corporate Senior OPEX and Lean Manager, where responsibilities encompassed implementing operational excellence and managing corporate risk landscapes. Simon's background includes significant experience in transformation processes, environmental management, and project leadership with previous positions as Environment, Health and Safety Manager and Manager of the Environment Department at Posch & Partners Consulting Engineers. Additional academic credentials include an MBA in International Strategic Management from LIMAK Austrian Business School and doctoral research experience at the Smithsonian Institution.
