Yaron Katz

Yaron Katz is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in finance and international tax. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - BD Finance Lead & Head of Tax at Teva Pharmaceuticals since April 2022, Yaron has previously held leadership roles at KPMG, including Partner and Head of U.S. Tax at KPMG Israel, as well as Partner at the KPMG Washington National Office focusing on complex transactions and cross-border M&A. Yaron's background also includes significant positions at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed senior international tax counsel and tax M&A integration, and Deloitte as an International Tax Senior Manager. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Taxation from San Jose State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Accounting/Finance from the College of Management in Tel Aviv.
