Adreanna Weems

Adreanna Weems has a diverse work experience. Adreanna started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Forward Air Corporation, where they handled a high volume of phone calls and email communication related to order status and logistics. Adreanna also investigated lost shipments and rerouted shipments as required.

After that, they worked as a Customer Solutions Coordinator at Pure Foods Inc, where they served as the primary contact for customer inquiries and managed the general inquiry and sales inquiry email inbox. Adreanna also developed an inventory system for sample products and coordinated international customs paperwork.

Adreanna then joined TEVET, where they initially worked as an Order Management Specialist and Client Support Specialist. In this role, they provided support for various multimillion-dollar accounts, including quoting, order processing, and post-award order management. Adreanna also developed competencies in TEVET's sales cycle and operations.

At TEVET, Adreanna progressed to become an Inside Sales Representative, responsible for quoting OEM and contract customers. Adreanna collaborated with different departments to ensure successful interactions with customers.

Currently, Adreanna is working as the Inside Sales Team Lead at TEVET. In addition to their Inside Sales Representative responsibilities, they also act as a subject matter expert for the ISR Team and assists with training, interdepartmental questions, process improvements, and departmental liaison duties.

During their work experience, Adreanna also pursued a full-time education, attending Tusculum University as a student.

Adreanna Weems completed their Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Walters State Community College in 2021. Adreanna'sfield of study was focused on Business Administration and Management in general.

In 2022, they enrolled at Tusculum University and studied Business Administration, Management, and Entrepreneurship. While the degree they pursued is not specified, it can be assumed that they continued their studies in a related field.

Adreanna also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Adreanna acquired the Internal Auditor (Standard: AS9100D) certification from Quality & Productivity Solutions, Inc. in August 2021.
