Vicki Hildebrand is an experienced manager in the field of human services, currently serving as the Department Manager for Community First Choice, Respite, Host Home, Companion Care, and Supported Employment at Texana Center since March 2004. Vicki has a strong background in program management for group homes, case management for individuals with behavioral health issues, and training in applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodology. Previous roles include managing the El Campo & Wharton Learning Center and developing a geriatric program at WHAMCO/Central Gulf MHMR. Vicki began their career as a Vocational Trainer at Richmond State School Community Services, focusing on employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services from Springfield College and has an educational background from Wharton County Junior College.

Our evidence-based, trauma-informed approach supports individuals and families with a wide variety of services. We are a nonprofit with highly trained staff providing assessment, treatment and coordination to help children and adults navigate life with clarity.
