Barry Webb

Barry Webb has extensive experience in training and education related to critical infrastructure protection and community diversity. Since October 2016, Barry Webb has served as an Agency Instructor II at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, conducting specialized training. In addition, Barry Webb has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati since 1996, teaching Cultural Awareness and Procedural Justice, and has held a similar role at Great Oaks Police Academy since March 1993. Previously, Barry Webb was the Training Coordinator for Cincinnati-Hamilton County Homeland Security from February 2007 to June 2016 and served as the Curriculum Supervisor for the City of Cincinnati Police Department from September 1992 to February 2007. Barry Webb earned a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management from the University of Cincinnati, where attendance spanned from 1974 to 1982, following education at Walnut Hills High School from 1968 to 1974.
