Joe Monroe is an experienced professional in law enforcement and education, currently serving as the Leadership Training Development Manager at TRANSFORM since April 2017. Joe also holds the position of Chief of Police at the University of Kentucky since November 2009 and works as an Adjunct Instructor at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service since December 2012. Additionally, Joe has been a consultant for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, focusing on course curriculum development and review since 2003.
