Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson has been serving as a Sergeant of Police at the City of Rockwall since January 1999. Additionally, Paul holds the position of Adjunct Instructor for Collision Reconstruction and Police Motorcycle Instructor at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service since January 2008. From September 2006 to January 2017, Paul worked as an Accident Reconstructionist at Crash Analysis Consulting. Paul obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2020, following their Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Kilgore College in 1997.
