Rhone Uyaniker is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Enterprise System Administrator at the Texas Association of Counties since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a System Administrator at Austin Regional Clinic, where Rhone specialized in Windows OS troubleshooting, Active Directory management, and network infrastructure, among other responsibilities. Prior to this, Rhone worked as a Systems Technician and Technician, focusing on customer-facing implementations and proprietary systems management in manufacturing. Rhone also has a background in education as a Spanish Teacher, along with experience in logistics management and retail customer service. Rhone holds a BA in Modern Languages from Georgia Southern University and has pursued additional studies in Spanish and Iberian Studies.

The Texas Association of Counties was established in 1969 to provide services to Texas counties and to promote the value of county government statewide. TAC is the representative voice for all 254 Texas counties and county officials. Through TAC, counties communicate the county perspective to state officials and the citizens of Texas.
