Rob Ressmann, CEBS, currently serves as the Health & Benefits Services Operations Manager at the Texas Association of Counties since October 2002, where responsibilities include managing operations for the nation's largest health risk pool. Prior to this role, Rob Ressmann worked as an Employee Benefits Specialist, focusing on customer service and proposal preparation. From August 2001 to September 2002, Rob Ressmann was a Human Resources Coordinator at Spherion, assisting with staff recruitment, new hire orientation, attendance monitoring, and payroll processing for over 600 employees across two branches. Rob Ressmann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston at Victoria.
