Stephanie Moreno

Stephanie Moreno is an experienced legal professional and executive leader with a strong background in public service and law. Currently serving as the Associate Executive Director and Judicial Program Manager at the Texas Association of Counties since August 2021, Stephanie previously held the position of Executive Director at the South Texas Energy & Economic Roundtable from January 2020 to August 2021. Prior roles include being the Bee County Judge from May 2015 to January 2020 and serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Texas Attorney General's office on two separate occasions. Stephanie began their legal career as an Attorney at Law at the Law Office of Stephanie Silvas from November 2011 to April 2013. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor in Criminal Law from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Texas State University.
