Erika Hime

Erika Hime is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General since September 2021. With a robust legal background, Erika has previously held positions as an Assistant District Attorney for Travis County from August 2015 to September 2021, and worked as an Associate Attorney at Allison, Bass & Magee, L.L.P. from May 2014 to July 2015. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General from October 2011 to May 2014, and as a Law Clerk at the Travis County District Attorney's Office from March 2009 to July 2011. Erika earned a JD from The University of Texas School of Law in 2011 and a BA from the University of Oklahoma in 2007, following education at Idabel High School from 1999 to 2003.
