Kimberly Walsh is an experienced legal professional with a focus on bankruptcy law and tax compliance. Serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Texas Attorney General's Office since December 2005, Kimberly represents state agencies in bankruptcy cases nationwide, ensuring adherence to state and federal tax laws. Prior to this role, contract work included handling bankruptcy and toxic tort cases from May 2003 to November 2005, and experience as a legal secretary was gained at the Law Offices of Kathryn Snapka from 1993 to 1995. Kimberly Walsh holds a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston (1999-2002) and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University (1996-1998).
