Michael Evenson

Michael Evenson is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Transportation Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office since June 2023. This role involves representing the Texas Department of Transportation in various litigation matters, including eminent domain, enforcement of highway beautification laws, and defense against employment discrimination claims. Prior to this position, Michael worked as an attorney at McCreary Veselka Bragg & Allen and held multiple roles within the Texas Attorney General's Office focusing on similar litigation responsibilities.
