Catherine's extensive expertise encompasses portfolio optimization, occupancy expense efficiency, and risk management, with a proven track record of managing complex real estate strategies and leading high-performing teams. Catherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
