Ed Zoss

Ed Zoss currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Risk Programs at Texas Capital Bank since May 2019, overseeing Enterprise Risk Management and reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this role, Zoss held various senior positions at U.S. Bancorp, where contributions included establishing the exam management function and leading compliance initiatives. Experience also encompasses a role as VP at Marsh and McLennan Companies, managing the integration of Finance Centers, and as Risk Management Manager at Wells Fargo, where Zoss designed compliance departments and managed forecasting efforts. Additional experience includes roles in corporate financial reporting and accounting from earlier positions at AegonUSA, Wells Fargo, and the City of Ankeny. Zoss holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
