Jocelyn Kukulka

Jocelyn Kukulka is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations and corporate development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Texas Capital since April 2022, Jocelyn also holds the title of SVP, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President at Western Alliance Bancorporation from December 2017 to April 2022, and Director in the Investment Banking Group at Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P. from April 2008 to April 2016, where Jocelyn advised financial services companies on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and corporate restructuring activities. Jocelyn holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Business Management, as well as Psychology, from the University of Arizona, earned between 2003 and 2007.
