Jordan Wiggs

Jordan Wiggs, MBA, serves as the Director and Head of Compensation & Payroll at Texas Capital since September 2019, with previous roles including Vice President and AVP in executive compensation and HR analytics. Jordan's career spans experience at ALM First as a Financial Analyst, where extensive financial modeling and FP&A tasks were performed, and in earlier roles at J-Ray Property Services, McKesson, Southwest Airlines, and Northwestern Mutual, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial analysis, payroll, and client management. Jordan holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the SMU Cox School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Investment Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.
