Samantha Mori

Samantha Mori is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as Director and Assistant General Counsel at Texas Capital since December 2021. Prior roles at Texas Capital included Vice President positions, where responsibilities included leading litigation efforts. Prior to Texas Capital, Samantha Mori practiced as an Associate Attorney at The Draper Law Firm, P.C., and MEDEROS PLLC. Additionally, Samantha gained legal experience through internships and clerkships, including a position as Legal Intern at First Cash Financial Services, Inc., and roles at McDonald Sanders, P.C. and the 153rd District Court. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Spanish from Oklahoma State University.
