Steven Leininger

Steven Leininger currently serves as Managing Director at Texas Capital, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Leininger was Managing Partner at PHSG LLC from June 2016 to April 2023 and held the role of Managing Director at Santander Bank, N.A. from October 2009 to January 2016, focusing on Credit, Foreign Exchange, and Rates Distribution. Leininger’s experience includes serving as Director in Debt Capital Markets at Banco ABN AMRO S.A., where responsibilities included originating and executing financial instruments for Brazilian exporters from March 2005 to March 2010. Additionally, Leininger worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President from November 1990 to March 2003, primarily involved in credit training and sales. Leininger earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and English from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1991.
