Kristin Diaz

Kristin Diaz has extensive experience in retail and customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since October 2020. Prior to this, Kristin held various managerial roles at JCPenney, including Merchandise Manager and Human Resources Manager, and also served as Store Manager at Destination Maternity Corp. and Body Central Corp. Earlier career experiences include positions at Forever 21 as Assistant Manager and Kohl's Department Stores as Loss Prevention Manager, where Kristin implemented loss prevention strategies. Kristin began their retail career at JCPenney as a Loss Prevention Officer. Kristin is an alumnus of Arizona State University.
