Dora Marin-Robles

Dora Marin-Robles, PE, CFM, is an accomplished transportation engineer with extensive experience in project development, currently serving as the Pharr District Advanced Project Development Director for the Texas Department of Transportation since June 2015. Prior roles include Engineering Assistant and Engineer in Training at the City of Pharr, as well as positions as an Intern Engineer and Summer Tech Engineer with the Texas Department of Transportation. Dora holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas-Pan American, supplemented by an Associate of Science in Engineering from South Texas College.
