Jeannie Arellano

Jeannie Arellano, MBA, has a diverse professional background with experience in finance and project management. Jeannie began their career at JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer and Operations Manager from 2003 to 2006. Jeannie then transitioned to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, where they served as Division Director from 2007 to 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Toll Finance Section Director at the Texas Department of Transportation, starting in March 2013 as Deputy Project Manager before being promoted to their current role in October 2018.

Jeannie Arellano holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin. Jeannie pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from St. Edward's University.
