Kristina Miller

Kristina Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in AI, automation, and process improvement. Currently serving as the AI & Automation Branch Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation since April 2021, Kristina leads initiatives that drive the value-driven adoption of AI across the agency. Previously, Kristina worked at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation as a Business Process Improvement Consultant, providing solutions through process improvements and training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Other notable roles include Information Technology Specialist with the US Army Reserves and Lean Change Agent at Capgemini, where Kristina focused on organizational change and operational efficiency. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Western Governors University and an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Central Texas College.
