Ladonna Waters

LaDonna Waters, P.E., MBA, has over a decade of experience with the Texas Department of Transportation, serving in various roles including Procurement Engineer, Beaumont District Hydraulics Engineer, and Project Manager for consultant PS&E projects. Waters has also held interim positions as Design Engineer and Laboratory Supervisor within the Beaumont District. Previous work experience includes roles as Office Assistant to the City Engineer in Rock Island and receptionist for Gierke Robinson Co., as well as serving in the United States Army as a Medium Lift Helicopter Mechanic. Waters holds a Master of Business Administration in Construction Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lamar University, along with an Associate degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
