Mark C. Weaver

Mark C. Weaver, PMP, currently serves as the Section Director for the Alternative Delivery Center of Excellence at the Texas Department of Transportation since June 2019, overseeing projects in Design-Build and Comprehensive Development. In this role, Mark also manages compliance and audit functions for the Alternative Delivery Program. Additionally, Mark holds the position of Vice President at The 98 Fund, a non-profit organization supporting Gold Star families and veterans. Mark's previous experience includes roles such as Operations Manager at COPPERA, LLC, and various leadership positions within the U.S. Army, where responsibilities ranged from project management and training operations to direct leadership of combat units. Mark is an alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point, holding a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management, and earned a Master’s degree in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
