Melissa Angst

Melissa Angst, MBA, PHR has a diverse background in Human Resources, starting as an Administrative Assistant/HR at Joel E. Barber C-5 School in 2014. Melissa later took on roles such as HR/Bookkeeper at the same school and as a Human Resources Assistant Regional HR Operations at Mercy. Most recently, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at Central Ozarks Medical Center before becoming an HR Generalist Lead at Texas Department of Transportation in 2022.

Melissa Angst completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University in 2017. Melissa went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution in 2023. Melissa also obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in January 2021 and the CompTIA Project+ Certification from CompTIA in February 2016.
